Design phase: 6–8 weeks. Construction: 10–14 months depending on size and complexity.
Do you work outside Bangalore?+
Yes — up to 50km radius without extra travel charges. Beyond that, we discuss case-by-case based on project size.
How do payments work?+
Milestone-based: 20% on signing, then phased per project plan. UPI, bank transfer, or cheque accepted. Detailed payment schedule shared with contract.
